Monday to Thursday : 9am – 4pm Friday : 9am – 12pm
Monday to Thursday :
9am – 12pm in Morning
1pm – 4pm in Afternoon
Friday : 9am – 12pm
Patients who are enrolled with our physicians have the benefit of being part of our Preventive Care services. This includes pap testing, mammograms, colon cancer screening and immunizations.

Our staff ensures that searches in the electronic medical records are kept up-to-date. Patients who require testing or immunizations are identified and notified by phone and/or mail.
If you have not already done so, please sign the Patient Enrolment and Consent to Release Personal Health Information Form (available in the office). By doing so you agree to use the Trust Care Clinic FHO for all non-emergency Primary Health Care.
In addition to our Family Practice, Trust Care Clinic also offers the specialist services of Endocrinology, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine as well as Vaccination Services.
